noopener\">\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u5730\u65b9\u5404\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u4ee3\u8868\u5927\u4f1a\u548c\u5730\u65b9\u5404\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6cd5<\/a>\u300b\u3001\u300a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.npc.gov.cn\/wxzl\/wxzl\/2001-06\/01\/content_136870.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u6c11\u65cf\u533a\u57df\u81ea\u6cbb\u6cd5<\/a>\u300b\u7684\u6709\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u672c\u6761\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7b2c\u56db\u6761\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b3e\u3000\u56fd\u52a1\u9662<strong>\u6c11\u653f\u90e8\u95e8<\/strong>\u8d1f\u8d23\u5168\u56fd\u884c\u653f\u533a\u5212\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u6309\u7167\u5404\u81ea\u804c\u8d23\u505a\u597d\u5168\u56fd\u884c\u653f\u533a\u5212\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<br>
