(npc.gov.cn)<\/a><br>\u2003\u2003\u7b2c\u4e94\u6761  \u4efb\u4f55\u5355\u4f4d\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u7ef4\u62a4\u6d88\u9632\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d88\u9632\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u9884\u9632\u706b\u707e\u3001\u62a5\u544a\u706b\u8b66\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5355\u4f4d\u548c\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u53c2\u52a0\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u706d\u706b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<br>\u2003\u2003\u7b2c\u4e03\u6761\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b3e
